• Initial consultations are 40 minutes. Review consultations are 20 minutes.

Please Note:

a) The Trial Package is designed for initial guidance and to help you experience my approach. Complex concerns such as gut health, fertility preparation, chronic disease management, and weight management usually require 3 to 6 months or longer of structured care, as meaningful progress takes ongoing assessment, monitoring, and personalised adjustments.

b) To support consistency and continuity of care, the time slot selected for your initial consultation will also be reserved as your regular review consultation time slot for the duration of your package. Maintaining a consistent review schedule helps support treatment progress, accountability, and better long-term outcomes.
