Foundation Package - 3 Months Support (New Clients)

This package is recommended for clients seeking structured support with weight loss, weight gain, chronic disease management, women’s sexual and intimate health, or general health goals that require ongoing follow up.

Select this option if you are a new client and would like to begin with the full package. This includes one initial consultation and all included review consultations.

Package Includes: 6 consultations over 3 months

Includes:

• Initial consultations are 40 minutes. Review consultations are 20 minutes.
• Access to supplement bundles, if recommended
• Option to gift 2 included consultations to friends or family within the package period. Gifted consultations can be used as either 1 initial consultation and 1 review consultation, or 2 separate initial consultations. They must be used for suitable concerns within my scope of services.
  

Please Note:

a) To support consistency and continuity of care, the time slot selected for your initial consultation will also be reserved as your regular review consultation time slot for the duration of your package. Maintaining a consistent review schedule helps support treatment progress, accountability, and better long-term outcomes.
